Neways has fourteen sites, spread across three continents, which were brought into the company by several acquisitions. In order to forge these fourteen separate units into a single efficient whole, Neways has developed a culture programme based on its Neways DNA concept and rolled out that programme in each country.
The Neways Lean Leadership Model, a training course that all managers at Neways complete, gives our management teams the tools they need to implement the Neways DNA programme with their employees.
