Data of job applicants

We collect your personal data to communicate with you regarding the selection procedure, the assessment of your suitability for the position that is or may be vacant and any possible reimbursement of the expenses you have incurred. For these purposes, we collect the following data from you:

  • Address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number;
  • Data concerning followed courses and internships;
  • Information on the nature and content of the current employment and on its termination;
  • Other information with a view to fulfil the function,that are provided by the applicant (curriculum vitae/motivation letter).


Neways processes the personal data of job applicants based on a legitimate interest as referred to in section 6, paragraph 1, under f, GDPR. We process your personal data in connection with the performance of the recruitment process and in addition to the fulfilment of legal requirements.
