Develop yourself and make a meaningful contribution.

Neways aims to be an attractive employer that offers employees the opportunity of developing themselves.

Neways finds it very important to invest in its employees. We live in a world where lifelong learning is the standard. That is why it is important to continue to develop yourself. We are happy to help you with this. Therefore we have personal development meetings, to discuss how we can help you develop yourself. We differentiate ourselves from other employers in that we are a fairly large, publicly listed international company, yet still small enough to give our employees the opportunity of visibly making a meaningful contribution.

Some of our Development & Learning Programs are descriped underneath:

IMPACT Program

Human interaction has a major influence on how we perform and improve

The IMPACT Program was first introduced in the Dutch operating companies and became a great success. In 2020 the program was expanded to fourteen participants from the Netherlands and Germany. The benefit of the program is that the participants build their own network within Neways and anchor the acquired knowledge by putting it into practice on the job. This effect is further enhanced by an easy to use learning app that triggers the participants to implement what they have learned in the areas that require improvement, and by two corporate projects that they work on jointly as part of the IMPACT Program.

Neways has selected experienced business managers and trained them as mentors for highly talented employees. These mentors help the young potentials develop personally and perfect their leadership qualities.

Neways Procurement Academy

The external supply chain is key to our success

The Neways Procurement Academy was launched in 2019 and rolled out across the entire organisation. The supply chain is key to Neways’ success: all the parts and components we assemble are delivered by one of our suppliers. The complexity of the supply market is increasing, as are the demands and expectations of customers regarding our supply chain management capabilities. Therefore, more than one hundred procurement employees are now participating in a two-year programme in which they learn about the latest developments in the field with the help of interactive modules and applications.

Lean Leadership Model

The LLM leads to greater and more effective collaboration between our employees

The Lean Leadership Model training is a training course that all managers at Neways have to complete. It gives our management teams the tools they need to implement the Neways DNA programme with their employees. This approach brings the added value of our people to the fore and this also leads to greater/stronger and more effective collaboration between our employees at our various locations.
