Neways Neunkirchen increases production area

Neways Electronics International is increasing its German site in Neunkirchen. The construction of the new building begins in mid-February. The additional production and office area is approximately 1,000 m², so that the site will grow to a total of 5,500 m². The construction is scheduled to be completed in mid-2018.

In addition to a growing order intake, which requires further production capacity, the new projects are in some cases also very space-intensive. Because of an increasingly request for box build services Neways Neunkirchen will need for example additional assembly lines for which the current production area is not sufficient. As part of the expansion, Neways Neunkirchen will redesign the current production layout to make the work processes even more efficient.

Additionally Neways Neunkirchen will locate the order intake, sales, disposition and production control on the new office area. From that rearrangement Neways expects shorter coordination times, fewer e-mails and a more efficient communication.
